Standards in the Library: NSAI is in the Library Monday, April 7th.

Kieran Cox from the National Standards Authority of Ireland is in the James Hardiman Library today.  Kieran is available in the Library foyer from 9.00 to 12.30 to provide information on the National Standards of Ireland Database which the Library subscribes to.   Please drop by the Library this morning and find out how you can use standards for research and teaching. 

In addition, a practical training session on using the National Standards Database will take place in the Library Training Room from 1-2 p.m. today   This session is open to all NUI Galway staff and students.  You can book a place at the training session here.  During this session Kieran will advise on how to go about identifying Standards and how to access these Standards through the National Standards Database.
