Standards in the Library: On April 7th. NSAI is coming to NUI Galway
Kieran Cox from the National Standards Authority of Ireland is coming to the James Hardiman Library on April 7th. Kieran will be available in the Library foyer from 9.00 to 12.30 to provide information on the National Standards of Ireland Database, which the Library subscribes to. Please drop by the Library next Monday morning and find out how you can use standards for research and study.
In addition, a practical training session on using the National Standards Database will take place in the Library Training Room from 1-2 p.m. on April 7th. This session is open to all NUI Galway staff and students. You can book a place at the training session here. During this session Kieran will advise on how to go about identifying Standards and how to access these Standards through the National Standards Database.
