By now you will have received an email with a link to our latest Libqual survey. Libqual allows us to measure users’ perception of the Library and for us to track improvements or failings in our service since we last ran it in 2012. We would encourage all staff and students to take part and help us with your feedback. This information is invaluable for planning and developing our services in the future.

As a further inducement, everyone who fills out the survey can enter a draw for an IPAD Mini (with Retina Display). So please take part and fill out our Libqual survey before it ends.

When the draw closes later this month, the LibQUAL+ system will randomly generate a winner from the survey responses that elected to be entered into the draw. If you are the winner, we then contact you, and arrange for the Ipad Mini with Retina Screen and 3G to be delivered directly from Apple to you at the address of your choosing.

With the winners consent we will publish their name on this blog. If we do not have their consent, we will preserve their anonymity.

So if you have completed the survey, thank you very much for your valuable input and the very best of luck in the draw.
