LGBTQ History and Culture Since 1940 Part I - New Library Resource


As part of the committed development of our EDI collections, the Library has purchased access to the Primary Source Collection: LGBTQ History and Culture Since 1940, Part I.

This digitised collection brings together approximately 1.5 million pages of primary sources on social, political, health, and legal issues impacting LGBTQ communities around the world. 

The collection features historical documents published in more than 35 countries, with over 15 languages represented. 

It contains rare and unique content from newsletters, papers, government documents, manuscripts, pamphlets shedding light on the gay rights movement, activism, the HIV/AIDS crisis, and more.
