Need Help? Just Ask

Located just inside the entrance of the library the Library & IT Service Desk is your first point of contact for your Library and IT queries. 

We can help you with a wide variety of topics ranging from "How do I borrow a book  using one of the self issue machines?"  to "How do I connect to Wifi?"

During term time we are open from 08:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and also 09:30 to 12:00 on Saturdays.

We also offer a number of online resources to help deal with your queries such as:
Remember the quickest way to get an issue resolved if you can't come to the library in person is to log a ticket in our service desk ticketing system at

Just sign in with your campus account and password, choose the topic your query relates to and enter some details about your query. The ticket will then be routed to the correct staff member and you will receive a reply to your email address.
