Nineteenth Century Collections Online (Gale) is a multi-year global digitization and publishing programme focusing on primary source collections of the long nineteenth century (1789-1914), with archives releasing incrementally beginning in spring 2012. Four archives each year are planned for 2013 and 2014 and will take a global perspective on the long nineteenth century. The 3 archives below have just been released and are searchable via the current trial at http://www.library.nuigalway.ie/collections/databases/databasetrials/databasetrialfeedback/trialfeedback-ncco/#d.en.20970 -Asia and the West: Diploma and Currency Exchange -British Politics and Society -European Literature 1790-1840 The Corvey Collection The trial ends 31 May. This semester researchers availed of training provided by Elsevier, Proquest and Research.Research.com to update their skills. These training workshops were organised by Rosie Dunne, Research Services Librarian, as part of our ongoing series of Training for Researchers . Peter Darroch from Elsevier demonstrated how to give feedback to ensure your publications are captured in a unique Scopus author id.
