NUIGWiFi and Eduroam degraded performance in the James Hardiman Library (first and second floor)


NUIGWiFi and Eduroam users are experiencing significantly degraded performance on the first and second floor in the James Hardiman Library.

It's been like this on and off all semester, but particularly bad in the past few days. In addition, I am in office space on Distillery Rd, and I've had to tether my computer to my phone in order to have data, as the NUIGWifi and EDUROAM drop out for big sections of time. I'd check the wifi on campus, not just on in the Library.

Please ensure the solution extends to the postgrad reading room which has experienced this from early on.
